Basic Concept of Social Contribution Activities
As a member of society, Chugai engages in social contribution activities to help solve social issues, contributing our resources and professional capabilities without seeking direct compensation. We actively promote activities that contribute to society while maintaining partnerships with society. We also encourage and support the engagement of individual employees in social contribution activities. We keep our stakeholders informed properly about our efforts in social contribution activities.
Goals to Achieve Through Social Contribution Activities
To achieve our mission, “Dedicate ourselves to adding value by creating and delivering innovative products and services for the medical community and human health around the world,” we will work to solve material issues through our social contribution activities. We will also seek to achieve our shared value with society of “advanced, sustainable patient-centric healthcare” and aim for the expansion of sustainable society. Specifically, we will support the foundations for sustainable, patient-centric healthcare through cooperation with diverse stakeholders involved in healthcare, while contributing to the creation of a healthy body and mind for each person and a healthy society that supports them. At the same time, we will expand our initiatives to connect such values to the future through the development of human resources for the next generation.
