Chugai has been supporting sports for people with disabilities since 2013 with the aim of realizing an inclusive society, and in 2022, we became an official partner of the "Asu-Challe!" project of the Nippon Foundation's Parasports Support Center in 2022 as an official partner.

"Asu-Challe!" meaning "Challenge for Tomorrow! consists of five educational and training programs led by instructors who are mainly para-athletes, with the aim of realizing a diversity and inclusion (D&I) society that recognizes the differences of each individual and allows everyone to play an active role through para-sports.

In 2022, the program was held 797 times during the year in five programs, with approximately 75,500 people participating, learning what "disabilities" are and the importance of having dreams and goals and taking on challenges.

We believe that the program provides a place where a wide range of participants, from children to adults, can learn about and experience an inclusive society and diversity, and we will continue our efforts to promote an inclusive society as an official partner in 2023.
