Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. co-sponsored the "Parent-Child Fun Sitski School" held on January 30th at St. Mary Ski Resort in Miyagi Prefecture for children with disabilities and their families. This class, sponsored by Japan ChairSki Association, is celebrating its fifth time this year.
The children who were really looking forward to skiing in the wilderness enjoyed sitskiing with their family and friends in the snow.

This season, from the perspective of preventing COVID-19 infection, the Class was held on a day trip and with small groups. The event was held with participants from the prefecture, and the participants and staff took steps to prevent infection.
The degree of disability varies from person to person, but everyone was able to enjoy skiing by choosing the equipment that suits them and skiing in a way that suits them. (This time, we used two types of equipment, monoski and biski)
