Chugai Supports the Japan Climate Initiative’s Calling to Raise Renewable Energy Target
TOKYO, June 6, 2022 -- Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (TOKYO: 4519) announced its support as a member company of the Japan Climate Initiative (JCI) for JCI's statement "Now is the time to accelerate renewable energy deployment." It urges the Japanese government to enhance the use of wind, solar and other renewable energies and set a target for 2030 at 40 to 50%.
