- Position Regarding Reduction of Investment Unit
Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (the Company) recognizes that a reduction of investment unit is one of the effective ways to promote liquidity in the equity market as well as to expand the investor base.
- Policy Regarding Reduction of Investment Unit
Based on the above-mentioned position, the Company has implemented a three-for-one stock split of its common stock, effective as of July 1, 2020, and reduced the investment unit.
The Company will continue to consider the trends in the stock market, our stock price level, and other factors in a comprehensive manner.
