Additionally, Chugai organizes the CSR Committee and the Compliance Committee at the management level, operates the BCG Hotline, and implements periodic awareness training to all employees to ensure a consistent level of corporate ethics throughout the Chugai Group. Every employee is responsible for addressing and implementing the guidelines described in the Chugai BCG.

Through his appointment as President, Chugai will continue working towards its goal of being a “company that satisfies all its stakeholders and receives their active support and trust,” and to contribute to the realization of ethical management throughout the industry.
