Notice Regarding Interim Dividend for the Fiscal Year ending December, 2025

Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company, at its board of directors meeting held on July 24, 2025, resolved the interim dividend for the fiscal year ending December, 2025 as follows.

1. Interim Dividend:
   JPY 125 per share of the common stock of the Company (consisting of an ordinary dividend of JPY50 and an anniversary dividend of JPY75)
2. Date when dividends of surplus become effective:
