職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： 当社は、”TOPI2030”に掲げている通り、「創薬」「開発」「製薬」「Value Delivery」の各バリューチェーンとそれを支える「成長基盤」を合わせた「5つの改革」を進めている。 信頼性保証部門では、成長基盤の重要テーマの1つに「質と効率を両立するクオリティマネジメント」を掲げ取り組みを進めており、本活動を加速するため高い専門性・スキル、熱いパッションを持つ人財を募集します。 Background of recruitment： In order to realize the TOPI2030, Chugai have have set forth five reforms along the value chains of “Drug Discovery,” “Development,” “Pharmaceutical Technology ,” and “Value Delivery”, as well as the “Foundation for Growth” that supports them. In the Quality and Regulatory Compliance unit, we are working on ""quality management that achieve both quality and efficiency"", one of the important themes of the growth foundation, and we are recruiting personnel with high expertise, skills, and passion to accelerate this activity. 仕事内容： ・全社信頼性保証戦略の立案、パフォーマンスの把握と継続的改善 ・信頼性保証ユニットにおける年度業績目標の立案、パフォーマンスの把握と推進 ・信頼性保証ユニットDX戦略立案・推進 ・Quality Culture醸成 Description of work： ・Planning of the company-wide Quality and Regulatory Compliance strategy, monitoring of performance and continuous improvement. ・Plannning of annual performance goals in Quality and Regulatory Compliance Unit, monitoring of performance and promotion. ・Planning and implementation of IT/Digital Strategies in Quality and Regulatory Compliance Unit ・Cultivation of Quality Culture  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・プロジェクトマネージャー/リーダー経験 並びに以下のいづれか1つに該当すること ・製薬企業におけるGxP業務経験 ・事業会社の戦略企画部門や戦略系コンサルティングファームにおける業務経験 Desired experience: ・Project Manager/Leader experience And at least one of the following ・Experience in GxP compliance of pharmaceutical companies ・Experience of business strategy design in the planning department or consulting firm 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・ロジカルシンキング（問題の本質を捉え、課題解決する能力） ・構想力（ビジネスニーズを分析し、最適なソリューションを考える構想力） ・交渉力（利害関係が一致していない相手に対して粘り強く説得・折衝できる交渉力） ・コミュニケーション力（機能横断的な関係構築、グローバルでの協働能力） ・可視化力（複雑性・不透明性の高い状況を整理し、わかりやすい図表や文章で表現できるドキュメンテーション能力） Skills/Knowledge/Abilities： ・Capability to identify the real root cause of issues and solve them ・Conceptual skills to analyze business needs and optimal solutions ・Negotiation skill to persuade persistently stakeholders with a conflict of interest ・Ability to build cross-functional relationships, and collaboratively work on global basis. ・Documentation skills to organize complex and unclear situations and express them in easy-to-understand charts and text 求める行動特性： ・国内外・社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら企画を推進するリーダーシップ ・チャレンジングな目標を設定し当事者意識と責任をもって遂行をコミットする ・医療に貢献したいという想いがある Desired experience: ・Leadership that promotes planning while involving stakeholders from inside and outside the country and inside and outside the company ・To set challenging goals and commit to execution with ownership and responsibility ・Have a desire to contribute to medical care 必須資格： TOEIC 730点以上、または同等のビジネス英語スキル ＜歓迎＞MBA Desired Qualification： TOEIC 730+ or equivalent business English skills Welcomed; MBA 職種の魅力： 信頼性保証領域における戦略立案及び遂行に関する担当者として、シニアマネジメントを含む様々なステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを図りながら、経営上の重要戦略の浸透・推進するためのスキル・経験を得ることができる。 Position Features: As a business strategist in Quality and Regulatory Compliance area, you can acquire skills and knowledge to be able to penetrate/proceed with important enterprise strategy communicating with various stakeholders including senior management.   待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
