注射剤製法研究担当者 / Researcher for manufacturing process of parenteral drug product

職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 注射剤製法技術の強化及びグローバル開発品目増加への対応 仕事内容： ・製造単位操作が品質に与える影響を評価し、高品質な注射剤を製造するための重要因子を解明する。 ・高品質な注射剤の安定生産を可能とする堅牢な注射剤製造プロセスを開発する。 Background to Recruitment: Strengthening technologies for manufacturing process of parenteral drug product and responding to the increase of global development products Description of Work: ・To evaluate impacts of manufacturing unit operation on quality of parenteral drug product, and identify important factors to manufacture high quality parenteral drug product ・To develop robust manufacturing process for parenteral drug product that enable stable production of high-quality parenteral drug products  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・注射剤の製法開発経験 ・注射剤の工業化経験 ・メンバーのリーディング経験 Desired Experience: ・Experience of manufacturing process development of parenteral drug product ・Experience of industrialization of parenteral drug product ・Leading experience of members 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力 ・国内・海外のレギュレーション、ガイドラインに関する知識 Desired Skills: ・Communication skill in English ・Knowledge of regulations and guidelines in Japan and overseas 求める行動特性（期待役割）： ・周囲のメンバーを巻き込みながらリーダーシップを発揮して業務を推進する ・柔軟な発想とチャレンジ精神を持って新しい技術の開発・導入に取り組む Desired Competencies: ・Proceed jobs with leadership while involving other members ・Develop and introduce new technologies with flexible thinking and challenging spirit 求める資格： 修士卒以上（薬学、理学、工学系） Desired Qualification： Master’s degree+ or equivalent (medicine, pharmacology, science, engineering) 職種の魅力： 製剤開発を通じて新しい価値を創造することにより、患者さんや医療にグローバルに貢献できていることを実感できる。 Position Features： We can feel that we are contributing globally to patients and healthcare by creating new value through development of drug product  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
