職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 医療費増や景気低迷、ライフサイエンスの進展等の不確実性の高まりもあり、Payerのコスト意識はますます強まっています。それに伴い、製薬企業が革新的な医薬品やサービスを世界に届けるためには、経済・社会的側面も含む医薬品・サービスの多様な価値を訴求するなど、マーケットアクセス戦略の重要性が増しています。当社にとってもマーケットアクセス機能の強化は重要課題であり、困難な課題を解決し、さらなる高みを目指して共にチャレンジして頂ける方を募集することとしました。 About the Position: Payers are becoming increasingly aware of costs, driven partly by increased uncertainty in healthcare costs, the economic downturn, advances in life sciences, and other factors. Consequently, market access strategies are becoming increasingly important for pharmaceutical companies to deliver innovative drugs and services to the world by appealing to the diverse values of medicines and services, including their economic and social aspects. Strengthening market access functions is also a significant challenge for our company, and we have decided to recruit people who can resolve complex issues and take on the challenge of working together toward higher levels. 職務内容： 製品チームに所属して頂き、ロシュも含む社内外のマルチステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを密に取りながら、価格・アクセス戦略を推進して頂く役割です。（以下は例示） ・製品担当：担当製品の価格・アクセス戦略の検討・推進 ・薬価等実務：新薬や既収載薬、医療機器の価格・保険適用手続き全般など You will: This role will be part of the product team and will drive the pricing and access strategy while communicating closely with internal and external multi-stakeholders, including Roche. (examples below) ・In charge of products: Develop and promote pricing and access strategies for products ・Pricing practices: General pricing and insurance application procedures for new drugs, listed drugs, medical devices, etc.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・新薬収載手続きをリードして完遂した経験（1品目以上。3品目以上尚可） ・薬価・マーケットアクセス分野で行政当局等との折衝をリードした経験（5年以上必須） ・国内外のマーケットアクセス関連ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション経験 Required Qualifications: ・Experience in leading and completing procedures for the application of new drugs (At least one product.
