医薬品分子設計の機械学習研究者 / Research Scientist - Machine Learning for Drug Design

To innovate drug discovery processes, we need to develop advanced machine learning technology. We are seeking talented machine learning researchers to join us in this challenge. 仕事内容： ご本人の希望やこれまでの経験・スキルに応じて以下のような研究に取り組んでいただきます。 ・医薬品分子設計に必要な機械学習技術の開発 　（深層生成モデルを用いた分子生成、ベイズ最適化を用いた実験計画等） ・機械学習技術を用いた創薬プロジェクトの推進" You will: ・Develop machine learning technology for drug design, e.g., molecular generation using deep generative models and experimental design based on Bayesian optimization. ・Drive drug discovery projects exploitng machine learning technology  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 学会あるいは学術誌での機械学習に関する論文採択経験 (必須) バイオインフォマティクス、ケモインフォマティクス分野での研究経験 (尚可) 機械学習を用いた分子設計の経験 (尚可) Required Qualifications: ・Experience in acceptance of reaseach papers related to machine learning on conferences or journals. ・Research experience in computational biology or chemoinformatics ・Experience on drug design using machine learning 求めるスキル・知識・能力 医学・薬学・理学・情報学・工学系の博士号、または相当の研究実績 Python, Pytorchによるプログラミング能力（必須） 異分野の専門家と共同で研究を推進できるコミュニケーション能力（必須） Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Doctoral degree in medicine, pharmacy, agriculture, chemistry, physics, mathematics, informatics, engineering, or extraordinary PhD-equivalent research achievements. ・Expertise in programming in Python and Pytorch. ・Excellent communication skills: you will conduct research in collaboration with experts from a variety of fields. ・Proficiency in Japanese is not mandatory. 応募資格： ・一定以上の英語力（目安：TOEIC 730点以上） Preferred skills： ・Proficient English skills required (TOEIC score: 730 or above) 求める行動特性： ・新しい考え方・スキル・知識の習得に前向きに取り組める方 ・知識の共有・情報の発信を積極的に行なえる方 ・情熱と好奇心を持って研究に取り組める方 Who You Are: ・You are self-motivated to seek out new ideas, skills, and knowledge and are always willing to continue learning and growing as a researcher. ・You are enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge and discoveries with your colleagues. ・You bring genuine passion and curiosity to your research ・English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC score >700   待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします Salary competitive based on qualifications and other factors 入社後に裁量労働制の本人同意を確認後、裁量労働制を適用（試用期間中はフレックスタイム制） 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
