職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 製薬技術本部ではデジタル技術による新薬の処方・製法開発、生産機能のビジネス革新とイノベーション創出を目指しています。今回、体制強化のためデータサイエンティストを募集します。 職務内容： ・データサイエンス（数理統計・機械学習等）による新薬の処方・製法開発・生産分野の課題解決 ・数理統計・機械学習に関する先端技術の調査、開発、評価、導入 ・データサイエンスに関する人財育成・教育、普及・連携推進 Background to Recruitment: The pharmaceutical technology division aims to create business innovation and innovation in new drug formulation, process development, and production functions through digital technology. This time, we are looking for a data scientist to strengthen our staff structures. Description of Work: ・Solving problems in new drug formulation, process development, and production through data science (such as mathematical statistics, machine learning). ・Research, development, evaluation, and introduction of advanced technologies related to mathematical statistics and machine learning. ・Development and education of human resources related to data science, and promotion of dissemination and collaboration.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・データサイエンティストとして研究開発・生産分野で課題発掘、プロセス設計、解決実践 ・データサイエンス（数理統計・機械学習等）による解析、課題解決 望ましい経験： ・統計的機械学習・深層学習分野の研究開発 ・統計解析・モデリング分野の研究開発 ・画像処理、自然言語処理分野の研究開発 ・実験計画およびデータ解析に関する解析 ・クラウド環境におけるAI・機械学習システム開発 ・バイオインフォマティクス、ケモインフォマティクス、マテリアルズインフォマティクスに関する大学レベルの知識や研究開発、論文執筆経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・数理統計、機械学習に関する知識と数理的問題解決スキル ・R、Python、MATLAB等のプログラミングスキル ・データサイエンス、AIに関する幅広い知識 ・関係者からニーズを汲み取り、適切なレポーティングができるコミュニケーションスキル 求める行動特性： ・新薬の処方・製法開発・生産分野におけるデータサイエンティストとして業務における課題解決、および技術開発をリードする ・国内外での技術プレゼンスを向上させるとともに、専門領域において業界をリードする 求める資格： TOEIC730点以上相当の英語力 職種の魅力： ・弊社製薬技術本部は新薬の処方・製法開発機能と生産機能を有しており、開発研究から生産までの幅広い課題に対して、課題解決力を発揮頂けます。 ・情報発信（学会発表、書籍執筆等を含む）や外部コミュニティへの参加も可能です。 ・中外/Rocheグループ内のデータサイエンティスト・データエンジニアと交流できます Desired Experience: ・Experience in identifying problems, designing processes, and implementing solutions in the fields of R&D and production as a data scientist. ・Experience in analysis and problem solving through data science (such as mathematical statistics, machine learning). Desired Qualification： ・Experience in research and development in the field of statistical machine learning and deep learning. ・Experience in research and development in the field of statistical analysis and modeling. ・Experience in research and development in the fields of image processing and natural language processing. ・Experience in analysis of the design of experiments and data analysis. ・Experience in the development of AI and machine learning systems in the cloud computing environment. ・University-level knowledge of bioinformatics, chemoinformatics, and materials informatics, and experience in research and development and writing papers. Desired Skills: ・Knowledge of mathematical statistics, machine learning, and mathematical problem-solving skills. ・Programming skills in such as R, Python, MATLAB. ・Extensive knowledge of data science and AI. ・Communication skills to understand the needs of stakeholders and to provide appropriate reporting. Desired Competencies: ・As a data scientist in new drug formulation, manufacturing process development, and production, you will solve operational problems and lead technology development. ・To lead the industry in the area of expertise and improve the technology presence in Japan and overseas.
