職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： デジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進にともなう、サイバーセキュリティ管理態勢の強化のための要員の増強 Background to Recruitment: To increase IT infrastructure personnel to promote digital transformation and to strengthen cyber security management system 仕事内容： 本社のIT部門に所属し、サイバーセキュリティ領域の担当として、以下の業務から経験に応じた業務を担当いただきます （１）セキュリティ統括 ・グループ全体のセキュリティ戦略、投資計画の立案 ・セキュリティに関する規定類の整備 ・セキュリティリスク管理／ガバナンス、施策の展開 ・経営層向けセキュリティ定期報告 ・セキュリティ教育／アウェアネス活動の企画推進 ・外部セキュリティ団体活動への参加 （２）セキュリティ技術 ・セキュリティアーキテクチャの設計・管理 ・セキュリティソリューションの企画立案、上流設計 ・プロジェクトマネジメント、予算管理、社内調整、ベンダーコントロール等 ・情報システムのセキュリティ対策についてのリスク評価、助言 ・情報システムの脆弱性管理 ・開発環境のセキュリティ対策推進 ・CSIRT/SOC業務高度化の企画、推進 ・セキュリティインシデント対応" Description of Work： As a member of the IT department of the head office, you will be in charge of Cyber security, and will be responsible for the following tasks according to your experience 1. security control - Draw up security strategies and investment plans for the entire group - Arrangement of regulations on security - Development of security risk management/governance and measures - Periodic Security Report for Management - Planning and promotion of security education/awareness activities - Participation in external security group activities 2. security technology - Design & manage security architecture - Planning of security solutions, upstream design - Project management, budget management, internal coordination, vendor control, etc. - Risk assessment and advice on security measures for information systems - Vulnerability Management of Information Systems - Plan & promote development security - Plan & promote sophistication of CSIRT/SOC operations - Security Incident Response  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ＜必須要件＞ ・大手グローバル企業におけるセキュリティ管理業務の経験（5年以上） もしくは ・コンサルティングファーム／セキュリティ関連企業などにおけるセキュリティプロジェクトの経験（5年以上） ＜歓迎要件＞ ・ユーザー企業側の立場でのITプロジェクト企画経験 ・セキュリティインシデント対応の経験 Desired experience： ＜Required＞ -At least 5 years of experience of cyber security management at large-scale global companies -At least 5 years of experience of cyber security projects at consulting firms or cyber security related companies ＜Preferred＞ -Experience of planning IT project as a member of a user company -Experience in security governance operations 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・特定の技術領域にのみ特化しておらず、IT領域（サーバ・ネットワーク・セキュリティなど）に関する幅広い知識を有すること ・企画提案力、調整や交渉などを円滑に行えるコミュニケーション能力 ・ビジネスで意思疎通ができる日本語力および英語力 Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities： ・Having a broad knowledge of IT area (servers, networks, security, etc), not just specialized in specific technical fields ・Planning and proposal abilities, commnication skills for coordination and negotiations ・Both Japanese and English skills for business communication 求める行動特性： ・国内外・社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら企画を推進するリーダーシップ ・技術トレンドを追い続け、最新技術を駆使して新しい価値を生み出す挑戦意欲がある方 ・スピードを意識し、最後まで仕事をやり遂げる責任感のある方 Desired Competencies： ・Leadership to involve stakeholders including colleagues and business partners globally ・Spirit of challenge to keep up with technological trends and create new value by using the latest technology ・Sense of speed and responsibility to accomplish jobs 必須資格： TOEIC700点以上(目安)　※特にセキュリティ統括担当は重視 Desired Qualifications: TOEIC score of 700+ 職種の魅力： グローバルメガファーマであるロシュとの連携しながら、イノベーションを支えるICT基盤の発展を主体的に推進でき、ビジネスへの貢献を実感できる Position Features： The experience of co-working with Roche, a leading global pharmaceutical company, as well as leading ICT platform transformation to support innovation and business  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria 勤務時間： フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
