職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景 国内外のシステム統廃合、グローバル対応システムの導入機会増大、またデジタルトランスフォーメーションが進む中、最適なソリューションの提言が出来るIT人財の増強が必要となった。 Background to Recruitment： The importance of IT talents is increasing, especially who can suggest optimized solution, under the progress of integration of domestic and overseas systems, introduction of global systems and digital transformation 仕事内容 ・本社のIT部門に所属 ・中外製薬のコーポレート管理業務（主に会計、購買管理業務）の効率化に向けたデジタル化の企画、開発、導入 ・ビジネスニーズの分析に基づき適切なシステムのアーキテクチャーを定義し、社外パートナーとの連携に基づき、ソリューションを提供する ・国内・海外の関係会社およびベンダーとのプロジェクトのコーディネーションやリーディング Description of Work： ・ As a member of IT Solution Department (Headquarter) ・ Planning, development, and introduction of digitization to improve the efficiency of Chugai's corporate management operations (mainly Finance and Procurement processes) ・ Define appropriate system architecture based on business needs analysis and provide solutions based on collaboration with external partners ・ Coordinate and lead projects with IT members of domestic/overseas affiliates and vendors  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ＜必須要件＞ ・プロジェクトマネージャー／リーダー経験 ・会計・購買管理業務領域のシステム開発あるいは運用保守経験 ・会計・購買管理業務領域のシステムと他システム間のインターフェース開発あるいは運用保守経験 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・SAPの開発あるいは運用保守経験 ・海外の関係会社・協力会社等との英語による協業経験 ・SaaS, パッケージソフトウェアなどのソリューション選定・提案経験 ・プログラミングによるシステム開発経験、運用保守経験 ・データベースを活用したシステム開発経験、運用保守経験 Desired experience： Required: ・ Project manager/ leader experience ・ Experience in develop, maintain, and operate of Finance/Procurement related systems ・ Experience in develop, maintain, and operate of interface between Finance/Procurement related systems and other systems Preferred: ・ Experience in develop, maintain, and operate of SAP ・Experience in develop, maintain, and operate of employee ID management system ・Experience in selecting and proposing solutions for SaaS, packaged software, etc. ・Programming experience in system development, operation and maintenance ・Database experience in system development, operation and maintenance 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・会計・購買業務に関する知識 ・ビジネスニーズを分析し、最適なソリューション、設計方式を考える構想力 ・Oracle、SQL Server、Postgresなどのデータベース基礎知識 Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities： ・Thorough knowledge of Finance/Procurement operations ・Conceptual skills to analyze business needs and devise optimal solutions and design methods ・Basic knowledge of database such as Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres 求める行動特性 ・本質的なビジネスニーズを引き出すコミュニケーション ・当事者意識を持って、業務遂行する ・俯瞰的な視野を持ち、全体最適なソリューションを選定・提案する Desired Competencies： ・Identify essential business needs through communication with business ・Perform business with a sense of ownership ・Have a bird's-eye view, being able to select and propose the overall best solution 必須資格(TOEICを含む） ・四年制大学、大学院卒以上 ・TOEIC700点以上 Desired Qualifications： ・Academic qualifications of a bachelor’s degree or higher ・TOEIC score 700+ 職種の魅力 ＩＴソリューションの導入を通して、幅広い業務知識／ＩＴスキルを習得できる。また、グローバルメガファーマであるロシュとの連携機会もあり、グローバルな環境で働く機会もある。 Position Features： You can acquire a wide range of business knowledge / IT skills through the introduction of IT solutions.
