募集背景：
グローバル開発品目増加への対応およびCMC開発レベル維持・向上
仕事内容：
CMC薬事領域におけるグローバル申請業務及び国内申請業務
IND/IMPD、NDA/BLA作成及び推進、国内申請資料作成及び推進、その他CMC薬事にかかわる業務
Background to Recruitment:
Responding to the increase of global development products and enhancing the CMC development level
Description of Work:
CMC regulatory documets preparation and coodination (IND/IMPD, NDA/BLA etc.) and other operations related to CMC regulatory affairs |
| 応募資格／Qualifications |
求める経験：
医薬品（原薬，製剤，分析）・投与デバイス・コンビネーション製品の技術開発経験またはCMC薬事業務の経験・知識（国内またはグローバル）
Desired Experience:
Technical development experiences of drugs (DS, DP and QC), dosing devices and combination products or experiences of CMC regulatory affairs (domestic and/or global)
求めるスキル・知識・能力：
・英語での業務上のコミュニケーション力
・日本語・英語でのドキュメンテーション力
・社内外の関係者と連携し，チームをまとめ，課題を解決し，目標を達成するリーダーシップ
Desired Skills:
・Business communication skills in English
・Technical documentation skills in Japanese and English
・Leadership to collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the company, organize teams, solve problems, and achieve goals
求める行動特性（期待役割）：
・高品質な技術薬事文書の作成
・国内外薬制対応におけるリーディング
・国内外規制当局とのコミュニケーション・交渉
Desired Competencies:
・Preparation of high quality technical regulatory documents
・Leading in CMC regulatory related activities (domestic and/or global)
・Communication and negotiation with health authorities (domestic and/or global)
求める資格：
・薬学・理学・工学・農学系 学士卒以上
・TOEIC７００点相当以上
Desired Qualification：
・Pharmacy / Science / Engineering / Agriculture
Bachelor of Science or above
・at least TOEIC700
