| 職務内容／Job duties |
募集背景：
医療機器/体外診断薬開発テーマ（プログラム/デジタルツール含む）の増大に伴い，薬事エキスパート（経験者）の補充が必要なため。
仕事内容：
医療機器/体外診断薬開発（プログラム/デジタルツール含む）において：
・薬事戦略の立案および当局折衝，薬事申請
・機能横断メンバーで構成される開発/申請チームと協働する。
・ロシュ及び中外海外子会社と連携/協働する。
Background to appointment:
With the growth of development themes for medical devices/in vitro diagnostics (including programs/digital tools), it is necessary to replace regulatory experts (experienced people).
Description of work:
In medical device/in vitro diagnostics development (including programs/digital tools):
・Planning of regulatory strategy, negotiation with regulatory authorities, and regulatory application
・Work with cross functional development/submission teams.
・Cooperate/collaborate with Roche and Chugai overseas subsidiaries. |
| 応募資格／Qualifications |
求める経験：
以下の経験が3年以上あることが望ましい
・診断薬や医療機器会社における薬事申請の経験
・機能横断のチームでのプロジェクト経験
求めるスキル・知識・能力：
医療機器や体外診断薬開発に関する科学的知識と薬事的知識を有し，常に最新の情報を更新し続けることができる能力
求める行動特性：
チームメンバーと協働しながら目標を達成する
困難な状況に置かれても，自らモチベーションを高めて，パッションを持って業務に取り組む
新しいことに好奇心を持って，吸収しようとする
必須資格(TOEICを含む）：
TOEIC 700点以上

医薬品はロシュ品/自社品と多く，医薬品に伴った医療機器/体外診断薬開発テーマも多いことから数多くの実務経験が可能
Desired experience:
At least 3 years of experience with
・Experience with regulatory submissions for diagnostics and medical device companies
・Project experience in a cross-functional team
Desired skills/knowledge/abilities:
Have scientific and regulatory knowledge of medical device and in vitro diagnostics development, and be able to keep up-to-date with the latest information
Desired competencies:
Works with team members to achieve goals
Even in difficult situations, motivate employees and work with passion
Be curious about new things and try to absorb them
Desired Qualification：
TOEIC score minimum 700+
Position Features：
Since many drugs are Roche's products or in-house products and there are many development themes for medical devices/in-vitro diagnostics associated with drugs, many practical experiences are possible. |
