職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： 当社は、”CHUGAI DIGITAL”に掲げている通り、デジタル技術によって自らのビジネスを変革し、社会を変えるヘルスケアソリューションの提供を目指している。 信頼性保証部門（Quality ＆ Regulatory Compliance）においても、ITシステム導入やデジタルテクノロジー活用によるDXを進めるとともに、デジタルヘルスケアソリューション提供を見据えた信頼性保証体制の検討を進めており、本活動を加速するため高い専門性・スキル、熱いパッションを持つ人財を募集します。 Background of recruitment： Chugai is transforming its own business to provide healthcare solutions that will change the society by using digital technology. In our Quality & Regulatory Compliance department, we are promoting digital transformation (DX) through the introduction of IT systems and the use of digital technology. At the same time, we are considering a quality assurance with a view to providing digital healthcare solutions. We are looking for personnel with high expertise, skills, and passionate enthusiasm to accelerate these activities. 仕事内容： ・信頼性保証ユニットにおけるIT・デジタル戦略策定のプロジェクトリード ・グローバルITシステム導入のプロジェクトリード ・デジタルヘルスケアソリューション提供を見据えた信頼性保証体制の検討リード Description of work： ・Project Lead for Planning of IT/Digital Strategies in Quality and Regulatory Compliance Unit ・Project Lead for global IT system implementation ・Leading the evaluation of quality assurance for digital healthcare solutions.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： プロジェクトマネージャー/リーダー経験 並びに以下のいづれか1つに該当すること ・製薬企業の信頼性保証部門(GxP対応部門)における業務経験 ・事業会社の企画部門やコンサルティングファームにおける業務設計・改善の業務経験 ・製薬業界やヘルスケア業界での大規模ITシステム導入、改修の経験 ・製薬業界やヘルスケア業界でのデジタルトランスフォーメーション推進の業務経験 ・AIサービスの設計、開発経験 Desired experience: Project Manager/Leader experience And at least one of the following ・Experience in quality, reguratory and GxP compliance of pharmaceutical companies ・Experience of business design / improvement in the planning department or consulting firm ・Experience in relatively large scale of IT system introduction/upgrade/replacement in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare industry. ・Experience in promoting Digital transformation in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare industry. ・AI service design and development experience 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・問題の本質を捉え、課題解決する能力 ・ビジネスニーズを分析し、最適なソリューションを考える構想力 ・プロジェクト計画立案、投資対効果検討書の作成・評価ができる能力 ・機能横断的な関係構築、グローバルでの協働能力 ・IT・デジタル全般の基礎知識 Skills/Knowledge/Abilities： ・Capability to identify the real root cause of issues and solve them ・Conceptual skills to analyze business needs and optimal solutions ・Ability to make project plan, develop & evaluate business case. ・Ability to build cross-functional relationships, and collaboratively work on global basis. ・Basic knowledge of IT and digital in general 求める行動特性： ・国内外・社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら企画を推進するリーダーシップ ・チャレンジングな目標を設定し当事者意識と責任をもって遂行をコミットする ・医療に貢献したいという想いがある Desired experience: ・Leadership that promotes planning while involving stakeholders from inside and outside the country and inside and outside the company ・To set challenging goals and commit to execution with ownership and responsibility ・Have a desire to contribute to medical care 必須資格： TOEIC 730点以または同等のビジネス英語スキル Desired Qualification： TOEIC 730+ or equivalent business English skills 職種の魅力： GxP横断のITシステム開発やDX戦略推進においてリーダーシップを発揮できる。 Position Features: You can have a lot of opportunity to perform leadership in development of IT system across GxP and in promoting DX strategies of Quality and Regulatory Compliance Unit.   待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
