職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景 デジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進・ITによるビジネス競争力強化のためのITインフラ要員の増強 Background to Recruitment： To increase IT infrastructure personnel to promote digital transformation and to strengthen business competitiveness through IT 仕事内容 ・パブリッククラウド（主にAWS, Azure, GCP）を活用したインフラ、アーキテクチャの設計・構築・運用 ・アーキテクチャの標準化推進とグローバル展開 ・マイクロサービスアーキテクチャへの移行推進（クラウドCoE） ・システム安定運用を実現するための自動化・高度化施策の策定および展開(IaC, CI/CD, Observability) ・インテグレーション基盤の整備（ETL/EAI, iPaaS, API管理基盤） Description of Work： -Design/implement/operate global infrastructure on top of Public Cloud(AWS,Azure,GCP) (3+ years) -Drive architecture standardization and its global rollout -Drive migration to microservices architecture(Cloud Center of Excellence) -Design automated and advanced techniques to stabilize system operation and drive its rollout(IaC, CI/CD, Observability) -Standardisation of integration platforms (ETL/EAI, iPaaS, API management platform)  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ＜必須要件＞ ・大規模なインフラ構築/運用経験（3年以上の経験） ・多数のステークホルダーがいるプロジェクトのマネジメント経験（3年以上の経験） ・パブリッククラウド（AWS, Azure, GCPのいづれか）を利用したインフラアーキテクチャ設計および構築経験（3年以上の経験） ＜歓迎要件＞ ・DevOpsなどのインフラ自動化経験 ・インテグレーション基盤の構築/運用経験(ETL/EAI, iPaaS) ・CDN/WAFの構築/運用経験(Akamai等) ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力(海外子会社、ロシュ社との会議) Desired experience： ＜Required＞ -Experience of designing and building of IT infrastructure for large-scale global companies (3+ years) -Experience of managing projects with many stakeholders -Ability to design and construct infrastructure on top of Cloud Platform independently(3+ years) ＜Preferred＞ -Experience in infrastructure automation such as DevOps -Experience of building and operating integration platforms (ETL/EAI, iPaaS, API management platform) -Experience in building/operating CDN/WAF (Akamai) -Ability to communicate in English (meetings with Roche) 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・パブリッククラウド（AWS, Azure, GCPのいづれか）に関する知識（構築/運用） ・大規模プロジェクトマネジメント能力 ・企画提案力、調整や交渉などを円滑に行えるコミュニケーション能力 ・ビジネスで意思疎通ができる英語力 Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities： ・Having a deep knowledge of public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) ・Project management skills for large scale projects ・Planning and proposal abilities, communication skills for coordination and negotiations ・English skills for business communication 求める行動特性 ・国内外・社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら企画を推進するリーダーシップ ・技術トレンドを追い続け、最新技術を駆使して新しい価値を生み出す挑戦意欲がある方 ・スピードを意識し、最後まで仕事をやり遂げる責任感のある方 Desired Competencies： ・Leadership to involve stakeholders including colleagues and business partners globally ・Spirit of challenge to keep up with technological trends and create new value by using the latest technology ・Sense of speed and responsibility to accomplish jobs 必須資格(TOEICを含む） ・TOEIC700点以上(目安) ・以下いづれかの資格 　−AWS Solution Architect （アソシエイト以上） 　−Microsoft Azure 認定資格（Fundamentals以上） 　−Google Cloud 認定資格（アソシエイト以上） Desired Qualifications： ・TOEIC score of 700+ ・Have one of certifications below: 　・AWS Solution Architect (Associate or higher) 　・Microsoft Azure Certified (Fundamentals or higher) 　・Google Cloud Certified (Associate or higher) 職種の魅力 過去の課題や経験を活かしながら最新のテクノロジーを活用して、大規模なインフラをゼロから作り上げていくプロセスに、非常に面白みを実感することができます。またグローバルメガファーマであるロシュとの連携機会もあり、グローバルな環境で働く機会もあります。 Position Features： It's so attractive to build up a large-scale cloud infrastructure from scratch with the latest cloud base technology.
