職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 2021.04に新設されたヘルスケアコンプライアンス部は、「全社のヘルスケアコンプライアンス活動を統括し、医療関係者や患者団体との適正な交流を推進、医薬品等の情報提供の適切性を担保することでクオリティ向上を主導する」というミッションを掲げています。 中外製薬グループのヘルスケアコンプライアンスの最適化という、大きな仕事を実現していくために、今回、社内ルールの運営業務、社内ITインフラの運営業務、またプロモーション資材（講演会スライドを含む）審査等の販売情報提供活動監督業務を担う要員を拡充すべく、人財を募集します。 職務内容： 【ルール】社内の規程類、部内のSOPの運営に関わる業務 【インフラ】プロモーション資材、販売情報提供活動審査インフラの運営に関わる業務 【審査】プロモーション資材（講演会スライド含む）の審査に関わる業務 【審査】電子化された添付文書・インタビューフォーム・くすりのしおり、患者向医薬品ガイドの審査に関わる業務 【モニタリング】販売情報提供活動のモニタリングに関わる業務" 職種の魅力： ヘルスケアコンプライアンス部は、販売情報提供活動ガイドラインに関わる監督業務に加え、コード・規約に関わる統括/推進業務を全社一元管理する部署になります。 なかでも、プロモーション資材の審査業務や社外活動を通し、医療従事者や患者さん等へ提供する情報のクオリティ向上や全社のヘルスケアコンプラインス意識向上に貢献していくチャレンジを、意志あるタレントと共有したいと考えています。 Background to Recruitment: The Healthcare Compliance Department was newly established in April 2021. Our mission is the following; ・Improve the quality of business activities by supervising company-wide Healthcare Compliance, that is, by promoting appropriate exchanges with healthcare professionals and patient groups and ensuring the appropriateness of information provision such as pharmaceuticals In order to realize the attractive vision of optimizing Chugai Group’s Healthcare Compliance, we are now recruiting human resources engaged in Supervising activities to provide sales information as mentioned in the field of “Description of work”. Description of Work: [Rule] Manage Chugai internal regulations and the Healthcare Compliance Department SOPs [Infrastructure] Manage internal IT infrastructures of reviewing promotional materials (Including lecture slides) and supervising activities to provide sales information (Meetings, Events and Engagements) [Review] Review/Examine promotional materials (Including lecture slides) [Review] Review/Examine electronic package insert, interview form and drug guide for patients [Monitoring] Monitor activities to provide sales information Position Features: The Healthcare Compliance Department centrally manages the operations related to codes and rules, in addition the operations of supervising activities related to “Guidelines of sales promotion activities of prescription medicinal Products”. We wish to share with strong-willed talent the challenge that contribute to improving the quality of information provided to healthcare professionals, patients, etc., and raising the awareness of Chugai Group’s Healthcare Compliance. In particular, through Reviewing/Examining promotional materials and Industry activities. We look forward to your entry.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・広告規制*に準じたプロモーション資材審査の経験を有する 　*薬機法、適正広告基準、販売情報提供活動ガイドライン、作成要領等 ・プロモーション資材、販売情報提供活動審査インフラの運営経験を有する ・販売情報提供活動監督部門での業務経験を有する ・製薬協等の業界活動経験を有することが望ましい 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・広告規制*に関する知識 　*薬機法、適正広告基準、作成要領、医療用医薬品における販売情報提供活動ガイドライン ・ロジカルシンキング ・交渉力 求める行動特性： ・様々な社内外の環境変化に対応できる ・チームおよび個人の目標へのコミット意識が高く、目標達成に向けて困難があっても粘り強く邁進し続ける ・周囲(社外を含む)と友好的な協力関係を築き、お互いのWin-Win−全社最適を常に意識することができる 求める資格： ・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力(日本語能力試験N1保有あるいは同等の能力) ・TOEICスコア-600以上、または同等の英語力 Desired Experience: ・Reviewing/Examining promotional materials in accordance with advertising regulations * 　 * Pharmaceutical device law, Standards for appropriate advertising, Guidelines for Marketing Information Provision, Guidelines for the Preparation of promotional materials, etc. ・Managing internal IT infrastructures of reviewing promotional materials (Including lecture slides) and supervising activities to provide sales information (Meetings, Events and Engagements) ・Carrier of Supervising activities to provide sales information ・It is desirable to have experience in industry activities such as JPMA Desired Skills: ・Knowledge of advertising regulations * 　 * Pharmaceutical device law, Standards for appropriate advertising, Guidelines for the Preparation of promotional materials, Guidelines of sales promotion activities of prescription medicinal Products”, etc. ・Logical thinking ・Negotiation skills Desired Competencies: ・Accommodate oneself to various environmental changes ・Commit to achieve project goals of team and individual / Continue taking actions to achieve them even if in tight situation ・Develop friendly and collaborative relationships with coworkers (Including coworkers outside our company) / Aware of Win-win relationships and Company-wide optimization at all times Desired Qualification： ・Japanese native, JLPT-N1 or equivalent ・TOEIC-≧600  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
