サプライチェーンマネジメント（および製造）に関するプロセス変革のサブリード／Sub-Lead for "Plan to Deliver Physical Products" process transformation

職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： ・次世代基幹業務基盤（ERP）の導入、ならびに全社的な業務プロセス改革を目指してグローバルプログラム「ASPIRE」を推進中。 ・ASPIREを起点とし、当社グループ全体の業務効率を上げるために、新オペレーションモデルに適合した業務プロセスへの改革及びプロセスマネジメント体制構築を目指してビジネストランスフォーメーション（BX）を開始する。 職務内容： 次世代基幹業務基盤（ERP）の導入、ならびに業務プロセスの改革を推進する中で、サプライチェーンマネジメント（および製造）に関するプロセス（Plan to Deliver Physical Products）およびその実行体制が見直しされる。サプライチェーンマネジメント（および製造）に関するプロセス変革のサブリーダーとして、リーダーを支援し、ロシュを含む様々なステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを通じて、グローバル標準プロセスおよびその実行体制の検討と、その実現に向けたスムーズな移行をリードする。PMO（Project Management Office）の一員として、他のプロセスにおける変革の検討・推進にも貢献する。 Background to recruitment: ・Currently promoting the global program ""ASPIRE"" aimed at introducing the next-generation core business platform (ERP) and implementing comprehensive business process reform. ・Taking ""ASPIRE"" program as an opportunity, initiate Business Transformation (BX) to improve the operational efficiency of the entire company group, targeting business process reforms and process management structure. Description of work: Through introduction of the next generation enterprise platform (ERP) and reform of the global business processes, "Plan to Deliver Physical Products" process and its implementation structure will be re-examined. As a sub-leader for "Plan to Deliver Physical Products" process, you are expected to support the leader, lead the examination of global standard business process and its implementation structure, and realize smooth transition through communication with various stakeholders including Roche.
