Organization Change Management Lead

職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 次世代基幹業務基盤（ERP）の導入、ならびに全社的な業務プロセス改革および組織改革を推進するグローバルプログラム「ASPIRE」の発足 職務内容： 新たなグローバル基幹業務プロセス、およびシステムへのスムーズな移行に向けたOCM（Organizational Change Management）活動のリーダーとして、会社全体の変革をリードする。具体的には基幹領域の業務変革を目的としたChange Impact分析（CIA）の活動計画立案・実行やステークホルダー分析、社員のプログラム理解度・認知度向上を目的とした社内コミュニケーション施策の立案・実行を想定している。 Background to recruitment: Launch of the ASPIRE, global program introducing the next generation enterprise platform (ERP) and reforming the global business process and organization Description of work: A leader of the OCM (Organizational Change Management) for smooth transition of our global enterprise business processes and systems, managing expectation and enhancing motivation and skill of stakeholders   応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・大規模な業務改革・システム導入プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験 ・全社もしくは部門横断の多くのステークホルダーを巻きこむ社内コミュニケーションの経験 ・グローバルでの協業経験 歓迎： ・経理・販売・生産・購買等の基幹領域の業務経験・業務変革経験 ・ERP導入/アップグレードのプロジェクト推進経験 以下はお持ちであれば尚可 ・企業広報、広告代理店、社内コミュニケーション推進部署等での業務経験 ・製薬業界での業務経験 ・IT部門経験もしくはIT部門と連携してのシステム導入経験 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・ステークホルダーとの調整や交渉などを円滑に行えるコミュニケーション能力 ・複雑性・不透明性の高い状況を整理し、わかりやすい図表や文章で表現できるドキュメンテーション能力 ・イントラサイト、e-learningツール、動画、SNS、メール等の様々なコミュニケーションツールを効果的に活用できるスキル ・ビジネスで意思疎通ができる英語力 歓迎： ・プロジェクトマネジメントに関する体系的な知識（PMPなど） ・製薬業界の業務全般に関する知識 ・経理・販売・生産・購買等の基幹業務、及びそれをサポートするシステム全般に関する知識 求める行動特性： ・国内外・社内外の関係者を自らの働きかけで巻き込みながら活動を推進するリーダーシップ ・ステークホルダーの立場になって必要な情報をイメージできる想像力 ・常に情報収集しながら状況を把握し、必要な情報を関係者に適切に伝えるスピード感 ・困難な状況でも諦めず最後まで仕事をやり遂げる責任感 求める資格： ・四年制大学卒以上 ・TOEIC700点以上 職種の魅力： 中外製薬の将来を支える新しい業務基盤導入プロジェクトを推進することで、企業・組織の成長に直接的に貢献できる。全社員を大規模グローバルプロジェクトにおけるチェンジマネジメント推進担当として、シニアマネジメントを含む様々なステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを図りながら、経営上の重要戦略の浸透・推進するためのスキル・経験を得ることができる。またRoche社のグローバルチームとの協業を通じ、異文化間のビジネススキルを磨くことができる。 Desired experience: ・Experience of PMO for the major business reform and/or system introduction ・Experience of companywide or cross functional communication involving various stakeholders ・Experience of global collaboration Welcome requirements： ・Work experience of corporate communication, advertising agency or department of internal communication ・Work experience at pharmaceutical company ・Work experience of the enterprise business area like finance, sales, manufacturing or procurement. ・Work experience of IT area ・Project management experience for ERP introduction/upgrade Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Communication skill to adjust/negotiate with stakeholders for smooth collaboration ・Documentation skill of effective communication tool utilization like intranet site, e-learning tool, movies, SNS , e-mail etc. ・Ability of English communication Welcome requirements： ・Structured knowledge about project management (PMP etc.) ・General knowledge about pharmaceutical industry ・General knowledge about systems supporting enterprise business functions like finance, sales, manufacturing or procurement.
