職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 新規モダリティを含む画期的な医薬品創製に向けた安全性研究機能強化のため，様々な培養細胞の取り扱い及びそれらを使用した実験実務研究における優れた実験技術を持つ方（実験技術者）を募集します。 Background to recruitment: We are seeking an experimental technician with superior experimental skills in handling various types of cultured cells and utilizing them in experimental procedures, for the enhancement of safety research functions towards the creation of innovative drugs, including new modalities. 仕事内容： ・初代培養細胞や免疫細胞を含む様々な細胞を用いた培養と実験を行います。 ・培養細胞及び細胞生物学や分子生物学の知識・技術を応用した毒性研究を遂行し，新薬創製に向けたプロジェクトデータの創出に貢献します。 ・最適な分子の選択，毒性メカニズムの解析，ヒト予測等に向けた，新規医薬品候補分子の評価，新しい培養法やin vitro技術の開発，新規評価モデルやアッセイの構築を行います。 ・in vitro実験技術の教育・指導を行います。 ・実験に関連する物品や実験機器の管理，その他実験に付随する業務を行います。 Description of work: ・Carry out culturing and experiments using various types of cells, including primary cells and immune cells. ・Conduct toxicity studies applying knowledge and techniques of cell culture, cell biology, and molecular biology, contributing to the generation of project data for new drug research and development. ・Develop new culture methods, in vitro techniques, and evaluation models/assays for selection of optimal molecules, analysis of toxicity mechanisms, human toxicity prediction of new drug candidate molecules. ・Provide education and guidance on in vitro experimental techniques. ・Manage experimental items and equipment, and perform other tasks associated with experiments.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・理系の大学，生物系の短期大学または専門学校卒業以上で，免疫細胞，初代培養細胞の培養及びそれらの細胞を用いた3年以上の実験実務経験を有すること（ヒト免疫細胞の取り扱い経験があれば尚可） ・遺伝子やタンパク質の発現解析・定量等の分子生物学に関連した研究経験（FACSを用いた実験・解析経験を有すること，次世代シーケンサーに関する実験等の取り扱い経験があれば尚可） ・医薬品開発研究経験があれば尚可 ・簡単なプログラミング経験があれば尚可 Desired experience： ・Graduated from a university, a short-term university or vocational school for life science, and have more than 3 years of practical experience in culturing immune cells, primary cultured cells, and conducting experiments using these cells (preferably with experience handling human-derived immne cells) ・Research experience related to molecular biology such as gene and protein expression analysis and quantification, etc. (experience in FACS analysis, and preferably with experiments related to next-generation sequencer) ・Preferably with experience in drug development research ・Preferably with experience in simple programming 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・細胞培養及び取扱いに関する研究での実践的な知識と実験技術（初代培養細胞，免疫細胞を用いた実験技術に精通していること） ・生物学における実験力・工夫力 ・日本語での口頭・文書作成による高いコミュニケーション力と英語の計画書・報告書・機器や試薬取り扱い説明書の読解力 Desired skills/knowledge/abilities： ・Practical knowledge and skills in research related to cell culture and handling (preferably proficient in Practical knowledge and experimental skills in research related to cell culture and handling (proficient in experimental techniques using primary cells and immune cells) ・Experimental and inventive abilities in biology ・High communication skills in Japanese for oral and written creation, and reading comprehension abilities for English protocols, reports, and instruction manuals for equipments and reagents 求める行動特性： ・周囲と協力・連携しながら，前向きに研究業務に取り組める ・正確な操作を行い，記録やデータ解析が適切に出来る ・改善が必要な事象を放置せず，周囲を巻き込みながら課題解決ができる Desired competencies： ・Able to work positively on research tasks while cooperating and collaborating with others ・Able to perform accurate operations and appropriate record keeping and data analysis ・Able to solve problems without neglecting issues that need improvement, involving others 求める資格： 生命科学に関わる大学，短大，専門学校卒以上 Desired Qualification： Graduated from a university, junior college, or vocational school related to life sciences 職種の魅力： これまでにない革新的なグローバル新薬の創出に貢献できるやりがいのある仕事です。ユニークな科学技術に触れながら実験業務に携わっていくことで，新たな知識やスキルを身に着けることができます。また，チーム作業を通して問題解決力や人間関係を磨くことができます。先端設備をもつ研究施設において，互いに協力・尊重し合える風土の中働くことができます。 Position Features： This is a rewarding job that can contribute to the creation of innovative global new drugs. (The maximum working period is 5 years.)
