職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： バイオロジクス創薬機能の強化 Background to recruitment: Strengthening antibody and new modality drug discovery function 仕事内容： 抗体工学/タンパク質工学/構造生物学の専門性を通じた創薬/技術プロジェクトの推進、ならびに各種プロジェクトのための抗体創製 Description of work: Promote drug discovery research and/or technology development projects through expertise on antibody and protein engineering as well as structual biology.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・3年以上の抗体/タンパク質創薬研究の経験。特に各種手法による抗体取得あるいはタンパク質エンジニアリング、細胞アッセイやタンパク質相互作用解析に基づいたスクリーニング法の構築経験 ・創薬プロジェクトや新規技術開発の提案および推進の経験があることが望ましい ・抗体創薬やタンパク質工学に関する論文投稿あるいは特許出願の経験があることが望ましい Desired experience: ・Approximately over 3-year-experience on antibody and/or protein drug discovery, especially on lead antibody generation and/or protein engineering and on development of cell-based and/or protein interaction-based screening methods. ・Experience on proposing and leading drug discovery projects and/or novel technlogy development projects will be considered plus. ・Experience on patent fillings and/or paper publishment about antibody discovery and/or protein engineering will be considered plus. 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・抗体取得（動物免疫あるいはライブラリ）、細胞培養、細胞株作製、アッセイ/スクリーニング系構築（ELISA、フローサイトメトリー、SPR等）、プラスミド構築と調製に必要な遺伝子操作全般 ・最終目標に向かって課題の抽出ができ、その課題を解決するための研究計画を自らの知識や文献等の調査から立案することができる ・未経験の分野でも精力的に学習、習得し成果につなげる事ができる Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Lead antibody generation (animal immunization or library), cell culture, cell line dvelopment, establishment of assay/screening (ELISA, flow cytometry, SPR etc) and general DNA work for plasmid construction and preparation ・Able to identify the essential problems, set up research plans to solve them by using his/her own knowledge and/or surveying through publications etc. ・Able to learn energetically even in inexperienced fields and lead to results. 求める行動特性： ・環境変化や業界動向をとらえ、現状に甘んじず、新たな取り組みに対し挑戦し、新しいアイディアを生み出していく ・困難な課題にも積極的に挑戦し、約束した成果を出すための当事者意識と責任を持ち、最後まであきらめずに業務を遂行する ・それぞれの違いを尊重し、メンバーの意見に耳を傾け本音で話し合い、メンバーと積極的に連携を図り、組織目標実現に貢献している Desired competencies: ・Able to keep up with changes in the business environment and industry trends, take on new challenges without being satisfied with the current status, and create new ideas. ・Able to take on any challenges with a sense of ownership and responsibility proactively, and execute the work without giving up. ・Able to respect the differences of others , carefully listen to the opinions of team members, have earnest discussions, and contribute to the team's achievements. 必須資格(TOEICを含む） ・アカデミア研究者の場合は筆頭の学術論文（自身が中心に原稿を執筆したものに限る） ・一定以上の英語力（目安：TOEIC 730点以上） Desired Qualification： ・Original article(s) published in scientific journal that you (the applicant) are the first-author AND actually played a central role in writing the manuscript. ・Proficient English skills required (TOEIC score: 730 or above) 職種の魅力： タンパク質工学の専門性を中外製薬で行う革新的な創薬活動に、さらには世の中の人々の健康への貢献に活用することができる Position Features： The expertise in protein engineering can be utilized in innovative drug discovery activities at Chugai Pharmaceutical, and further contribute to the health of people around the world.  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします To be decided in accordance with our criteria 入社後に裁量労働制の本人同意を確認後、裁量労働制を適用（試用期間中はフレックスタイム制） 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
