Background to recruitment:
CHUGAI PHARMACEUTICAL's new research center, Chugai Life Science Park Yokohama (Chugai LSP Yokohama), began operations in April 2023 and employs about 1000 people. In advancing innovative drug discovery with its unique strength in science and technology, it is essential to promote the physical and mental health of all employees of Chugai LSP Yokohama and provide an appropriate working environment. Therefore, we need industrial physicians who will responsibly promote the strengthening of health management and health management functions.

Description of work:
1. Employee Health Management Activities
¡¦First-aid treatment and health guidance in the event of work- and commuting disasters
¡¦Health education, health consultation, and other activities to maintain and promote the health of workers
¡¦Follow-up for individuals with mental health problems (individuals receiving medical care and those requiring attention)
¡¦Interviews with employees who work long hours or return from a leave of absence
¡¦Interview with managers of relevant organizations and human resources managers
¡¦Return-to-Work Plan Review Meeting, etc.

2.Health and Safety (EHS) Activities
¡¦Participation in Health and Safety Committee (once a month in principle) and other related meetings
¡¦Advice and guidance on health and productivity management measures
¡¦Occupational physician's workplace patrol (about once a month)
