低中分子医薬品の分析・物性研究(ポスドク)/Analytical and solid-sate scientist for small/middle molecule drugs

職務内容／Job duties 仕事内容： ・低中分子のプロセス開発及び製品評価のための新規分析法開発、結晶スクリーニングを含む物性研究 ・国内外製造サイトの分析部門への分析法技術移管 ・治験・承認申請における最新のグローバル規制要件を満たす品質管理戦略立案、データ取得・申請書類作成 ・Development of analytical methods for process development and product evaluation of small/middle molecules, and solid-state analysis including solid-form/polymorph screening ・Analytical method transfer to C(D)MO of domestic and global sites ・Establishment of quality control strategy. Preparation and data acquisition for IND/NDA complied with the latest global regulatory requirements.   応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： 以下のいずれかの分野での研究経験があり十分な研究実績を有する方 ・分析化学・有機合成・プロセス化学・天然物化学・製剤学・生物薬剤学・結晶化学・粉体工学及び関連分野 Required qualifications: Those who have research experience in one of the following fields and have sufficient research achievements ・Analytical chemistry/ Organic synthesis/ Process chemistry/ Natural product chemistry/ Pharmaceutical technology/ Biopharmaceuticals/ Crystal chemistry/ Powder technology and related fields 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・海外C(D)MO等と業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な方 ・上記の経験を有し、リーダーシップを発揮して研究遂行のある方 Preferred skills: ・Skill of communication with global C(D)MO in business operation ・A person who has the above experience and is capable of showing leadership and executing 必須資格： ・薬学、理学、工学、理工、農学、医学系の博士の学位を有する方 ・TOEIC730点以上若しくは相当する英語力 Desired Qualification: ・Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sciences, Engineering, Science and Engineering, Agriculture, or Medicine ・TOEIC >730 or equivalent skill 職種の魅力： 新規モダリティの中分子を含む革新的な低中分子医薬品のための新規分析技術開発及び物性研究について、グローバル開発を通じた最新技術情報の中で活動が可能です。 Positions Features: Development of new analytical technologies and physical properties research for innovative low/middle moleculu drugs including new modalities like peptide drugs can be carried out through the latest technical information under the global development.  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。   勤務地／Location 浮間研究所（東京都北区） 事業所内禁煙 就業時間内禁煙（※） ※休憩時間及び就業時間外は除く
