低分子創薬化学研究員 / Research Scientist - Small Molecule Medicinal Chemistry

職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： 低分子化学創薬研究機能の強化 仕事内容： ・高度な有機合成技術と分子設計技術をベースとした創薬化学研究の推進 ・実験結果が指し示す本質的課題の特定、その解決に向けた合理的な仮説構築とそのスピーディーな検証 ・次世代創薬技術の開発 Background to recruitment: Enhancement of small molecule drug discovery function Description of work: ・Promotion of medicinal chemistry research based on advanced organic synthesis skill and molecular design technology ・Clarification of essential issues indicated by the experimental results, Rational hypothesis set-up to solve the issue, and Speedy verification ・Development of next generation drug discovery technology  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・創薬化学者として創薬研究を推進した高度な実務経験（望ましくは、５年以上） ・有機合成化学 Desired experience: ・Advanced hands-on experience of drug discovery research as medicinal chemist (5+year experience is preferred) ・Synthetic organic chemistry 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・創薬化学 ・有機合成化学 ・ロジカルシンキング Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Medicinal Chemistry ・Organic synthesis ・Logical thinking 求める行動特性： ・実験で物事を明らかにしようとする姿勢 ・ScienceとChallengeを楽しむ ・困難な課題にも解決に向けて粘り強く取り組む Desired competencies: ・A problem-solving mindset with experimentation ・Enjoying science and challenges ・To persevere in solving difficult scientific issues 求める資格： ・一定以上の英語力（目安：TOEIC 730点以上） Desired Qualifications: ・Proficient English skills required (TOEIC score: 730 or above) 職種の魅力： 自らが革新的な医薬品を生み出し、世界の医療に貢献しうること Position Features： You can create new innovative drug on your own and can contribute to a global healthcare  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします To be decided in accordance with our criteria 入社後に裁量労働制の本人同意を確認後、裁量労働制を適用（試用期間中はフレックスタイム制） 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
