創薬化学における計算科学研究員 / Research Scientist - Computational Chemistry for Drug Discovery

職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： 創薬化学分野におけるCADD・分子動力学シミュレーション技術の強化 Background to recruitment: Strengthening CADD and molecular dynamics simulation technologies in field of drug discovery chemistry 仕事内容： 世界最高水準の創薬の実現および独自の低・中分子創薬技術の確立のために、以下の課題解決に取り組んでいただきます。 ・分子モデリング技術を用いた低・中分子医薬品創製プロジェクトの推進 ・社内外の技術・データを活用した新規CADDおよび分子動力学シミュレーション技術の開発 Description of work: In our quest to realize the world's most advanced level of drug discovery and to establish unique small molecule and mid-sized molecular drug discovery technologies, you will pursue the following goals: ・Advance small molecule and mid-sized molecule drug discovery projects using molecular modeling technologies. ・Develop new CADD and molecular dynamics simulation technologies using both in-house and external advances.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・分子モデリング関連技術を用いた創薬化学研究の実務経験5年以上 ・分子動力学計算を用いた研究経験 ・望ましくはケモインフォマティクス、機械学習に関する研究経験 Desired experience: ・5+ years of practical experience in chemical drug discovery using molecular modeling-related technologies. ・Experience in research using molecular dynamics. ・Experience in chemoinformatics and/or artificial intelligence (machine learning) is desirable. 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・医学・薬学・理学・工学・農学系の修士学位（博士号取得者はより望ましい） ・分子モデリングの構造モデリングソフトウェアに対する知識・習熟 ・英語での業務コミュニケーション能力 ・望ましくは、分子動力学法等のシミュレーション技法に対する深い知識や実装・使用経験 ・望ましくは、Pythonを用いたスクリプト作成スキル Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Master's degree in medicine, pharmacy, science, or engineering (Ph.D. is preferred). ・Knowledge and experience of computational software such as molecular modeling. ・Business communication skills in English. ・Extensive knowledge and experience of molecular simulation (e.g. molecular dynamics) and its practical application are desirable. ・Scripting skills with Python or other relevant languages is desirable. 求める行動特性： ・困難な技術課題にも粘り強く取り組むことができる ・異分野の研究者と積極的に議論できる Desired competencies： ・Able to persevere in tackling difficult technical issues. ・Actively collaborate with scientists from different fields. 必須資格(TOEICを含む） ・一定以上の英語力（目安：TOEIC 730点以上） Desired Qualification： ・Proficient English skills required (TOEIC score: 730 or above) 職種の魅力 自らの専門技術を起点に新規創薬技術を開発し、他の強みを有する研究者と協働しながら価値の高い新規医薬品の創薬研究に貢献できる。 Position Features： You will be able to apply your expertise to the development of new drug discovery technologies and participate in exciting new drug discovery projects while working closely with scientists from diverse fields.  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします To be decided in accordance with our criteria 入社後に裁量労働制の本人同意を確認後、裁量労働制を適用（試用期間中はフレックスタイム制） 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
