職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： AIの活用による創薬化学分野の革新 Background to recruitment: Innovation in the field of drug discovery chemistry through the use AI 仕事内容： 世界最高水準の創薬の実現のために、AIなどの最新の情報科学技術とCADD技術を融合させた、他社にはない低・中分子創薬技術の開発に取り組んでいただきます。 Description of work: In our quest to realize the world's most advanced level of drug discovery, you will be working to develop unrivaled small and mid-sized molecule drug discovery technologies that integrate state-of-the-art innovations in AI and CADD.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・情報科学分野（機械学習、インフォマティクス）における研究経験3年以上 ・望ましくは、深層学習技術による化合物構造や蛋白質構造の生成に関する研究経験 ・望ましくは、自身が中心となって進めた研究成果の科学誌への論文投稿の経験 ・望ましくは、創薬化学分野の研究者との共同研究経験 Desired experience: ・3+ years of research experience in the information science fields (e.g. machine learning and informatics) ・Experience in structure generation research of chemicals and proteins by deep learning technology is desirable. ・Experience in leading research projects and publishing in journals is desirable. ・Experience in collaborative research, preferably with scientists in the field of drug discovery chemistry. 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・修士卒以上 ・Python等の知識やスクリプト作成スキル ・望ましくは、生物・物理・化学の初歩的な知識 Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Master's degree or higher ・Knowledge and scripting skills of Python or other relevant programming language ・Elementary knowledge of biology, physics, and chemistry is necessary. 求める行動特性： ・CADDを含む、化学創薬に携わる多様な分野の研究者と積極的に協働できる ・困難な技術課題にも粘り強く取り組むことができる Desired competencies： ・Actively collaborate with scientists from a variety of fields (including CADD) who are involved in drug discovery chemistry. ・Able to persevere in tackling difficult technical issues. 求める資格 学術論文を読むことができる英語力 Desired Qualifications: English ability to read and understand scientific papers 職種の魅力： データサイエンスに関する高い専門スキル・知識を活かして、他の強みを有する研究者と協働しながら価値の高い新規医薬品の創薬研究に貢献できる。 Position Features： You will be able to apply your knowledge of data science to exciting new drug discovery projects while working closely with scientists from diverse fields.  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria フレックスタイム制 Flextime System 労働契約は、毎年1月に更新し、更新は4回までとします。（労働期間は最長5年まで） なお、労働契約期間中に条件を満たした方に対し正社員への転採用の制度がございます。 The labor contract shall be renewed in January of each year and may be renewed up to 4 times. (The maximum working period is 5 years.)
