タンパク質エンジニアリング実験技術を有する技術員（有期契約社員) / Technicians with protein engineering skills（contract staff）

職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： バイオロジクス創薬機能を強化するためにタンパク質エンジニアリングに関する実験技術を有する契約社員を募集します。 Background to recruitment: We are seeking contact staff who has protein engineering-related skills in order to strengthen our capability for biologics drug discovery function. 仕事内容： タンパク質改変体の作製・スクリーニング、既知遺伝子のクローニング、プラスミドの調製、タンパク質の発現、簡易精製、タンパク質の分析（SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, HPLCなど）、結合評価（ELISA, SPRなど）、バイオアッセイ（セルアッセイ等）。 Description of work: Protein engineering, screening, cloning, overall DNA work for plasmid construction and preparation, protein expression and simple purification, analysis (e.g. SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, HPLC), binding analysis (e.g. ELISA, SPR), bioassay using cell lines.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・抗体創薬研究あるいはタンパク質工学に関する3年以上の経験 ・細胞培養やアッセイ/スクリーニング(ELISA, FACS, SPR等)に関する3年以上の経験 Desired experience: ・Approximately over 3-year-experience on antibody drug discovery research or protein engineering ・Approximately over 3-year-experience on cell culture and assay/screening (e.g. ELISA, FACS, SPR) 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・遺伝子組み換え技術やタンパク質調製に関する基礎的な実験手技 ・細胞培養やアッセイ/スクリーニング(ELISA, FACS, SPR等)に関する実験手技 Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Basic skills for protein engineering, overall DNA work and protein preparation ・Basic skills for cell culture and assay/screening (e.g. ELISA, FACS, SPR) 求める行動特性： ・業務に当事者意識を持ち、最後まで業務を遂行する ・共に働くメンバーと積極的に連携し、助け合いながら業務を遂行する ・未経験の分野でも積極的に学習し、実施できる業務範囲を拡張する Desired competencies: ・Able to complete the task with a sense of ownership ・Able to communicate with colleagues to complete the task collaboratively ・Able to expand the capabilities by learning new areas proactively 職種の魅力： タンパク質工学の専門性を中外製薬で行う革新的な創薬活動に、さらには世の中の人々の健康への貢献に活用することができる。タンパク質工学に関する幅広い実験技術を習得することができる。 Position Features： By using expertise on protein engineering, candidate can contribute to Chugai's innovative drug discovery research, which leads to global health. Candidate can acquire broad skills on protein engineering.  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします。 To be decided in accordance with our criteria フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし） Flextime system 労働契約は、毎年1月に更新し、更新は4回までとします。（労働期間は最長5年まで） なお、労働契約期間中に条件を満たした方に対し正社員への転採用の制度がございます。 The labor contract shall be renewed in January of each year and may be renewed up to 4 times. (The maximum working period is 5 years.)
