職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 日本の費用対効果評価制度の対応、グローバルマーケットアクセス戦略、社会的・経済的価値視点での研究実施/学術発表等に係るHTA機能の強化 Background to Recruitment: Enhance the organization of the HTA function with regard to “Correspondence of cost-effectiveness assessment system in Japan”, “Global market access strategy”, and “research with social and economic value perspective”. 仕事内容： ・各製品の費用対効果評価プロジェクトの推進・制度対応 ・開発早期品のグローバルマーケットアクセス戦略の立案 ・社会的・経済的価値視点における学際領域のエビデンスの構築/学術発表 ・国内HTA関連の業界団体参画及びオピニオンリーダーとのネットワーク構築 Description of Work: ・ Promotion of cost-effectiveness evaluation project for each product ・ Planning a global market access strategy for early development products ・ Interdisciplinary research on social and economic perspectives ・ Involvement of domestic HTA related industry groups and networking with opinion leaders  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・HTA/HEOR（Health Economics & Outcome Research）に関する業務経験5年以上 ・費用効果分析、その他HTA/HEOR関連領域のプロジェクトマネジメントの経験 （日本または海外の費用対効果評価制度の対応経験があれば尚望ましい） ・エビデンスギャップの特定、研究の計画策定と実施、論文化/学会発表等の学術発表における一連のプロセスをリードあるいは相当する経験 Desired experience ・At least 5 years of prior experience with HTA / HEOR (Health Economics & Outcome Research) ・Project management experience with cost-effectiveness analysis and other HTA / HEOR researchs. ・Experience leading the process from identification of evidence gaps to peer-reviewed scientific publications. 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・医療経済学、疫学、生物統計学、公衆衛生学または他の関連分野の専攻 ・日本及び海外の医療保険制度、薬価制度、費用対効果評価制度についての知識 ・費用効果分析及びその他医療経済学的分析/評価等の専門知識と実践スキル ・基礎的な生物統計及びPRO/QOL研究等についての知識、分析スキル ・分析報告書または論文/学会発表資料の作成/レビュー及び発表スキル ・業界団体・オピニオンリーダー等との関係構築のためのコミュニケーションスキル Desired Skills/Knowledge/Abilities： ・Related degree such as Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health or other related fields. ・Knowledge of Japanese and overseas medical insurance system, drug price system and cost effectiveness evaluation system. ・Expertise and practical skills such as cost-effectiveness analysis and other health economic analysis. ・Knowledge and analytical skills about basic biostatistics and PRO / QOL research etc. ・Writing and presentation skills for peer-reviewed scientific publications and HTA dossier development. ・Communication skills for building relationships with industry groups,opinion leaders,etc. 求める行動特性： ・日本の費用対効果評価の制度及び分析ガイドライン、各種の国際的声明/指針（PRISMA等）について理解し、適切なプロジェクトのリードと科学的視点からの分析協議/制度提案を行える。 ・厳しい状況下でも、既存の枠や既成概念にとらわれずに挑戦し、前向きに業務に取り組める。 ・制度対応や学際研究の実施において、共通の目的の達成に向けてパートナーシップを構築でき、他者と協働しながら効果的に問題を解決できる。 ・科学的なバックグラウンドをベースに社内のHTA人材の育成に貢献できる。 Desired Competencies: ・Understanding Japanese cost-effectiveness evaluation system and analysis guidelines and various international statements / guidelines (e.g. PRISMA).
