創薬におけるバイオロジクスDMPK研究員 / Research Scientist - Biologics DMPK for Drug Discovery

職務内容／Job duties ★(参考)当ポジションの社員インタビューもぜひご覧ください。 「注目が高まる中分子医薬研究の最先端で──挑戦者を後押しする環境こそ、中外製薬の魅力」 https://www.talent-book.jp/chugai-pharm/stories/52697 募集の背景： 中外製薬の創薬研究はFIC/BICに特化し、中分子や改変抗体のみならず様々な新規分子を扱うため、DMPKや生体試料分析においても従来技術の延長では評価困難となっている。常に最新技術で独自評価系を構築するために多様な分子を扱った経験および外部にも広い人脈を持つエキスパートを外部から取り入れて連続的イノベーションを創造する環境を整備することが必須となっている。 仕事内容： 様々な新規分子形を有するバイオロジクスの薬物動態特性をメカニズムに基づき定量的に明らかにし、分子最適化の方向性を提示すると共にヒトPKPD予測を通してプロジェクトの成功確率を提示する。 技術課題解決のための新技術確立、ならびにアカデミアや海外関連会社との共同研究を通じた外部からの技術導入の推進役を担う。 Background to recruitment: To accelerate the DMPK and Bioanalysis studies of new types of molecule, not only middle-sized molecules, engineered antibodies, we need to develop innovative technologies and methods, and this requires experts who have related experience and a broad scientific network. Description of work: Propose the direction of molecule optimization and sucusses rate of project by understanding the mechanism of DMPK properties of novel molecules and predicting human PKPD. To establish new technologies for overcoming certain technological hurdles, as well as facilitating licensing-in of outside technologies through research collaborations with academia or with affiliate companies overseas .  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・創薬の非臨床薬物動態研究で3年以上の実務経験があること ・抗体、ADC、タンパク質、細胞医薬、遺伝子治療などのバイオロジクスのDMPKに関する業務経験 ・M&Sの経験があれば尚可 Desired experience: ・Three years or more experience in non-clinical DMPK study for drug discovery ・Working experience of biologics DMPK, such as antibodies, ADC, proteins, cell therapies, gene therapy ・Preferably working experience in M&S 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・異分野の専門家と共同で研究を推進できるコミュニケーション能力 ・メカニズムベースで実験データを解釈し、早期の課題抽出ならびに解決策を提案・実行できる能力 ・最新の技術情報を収集し、創薬アイディアの提案や創薬基盤技術を構築・改良できること Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Excellent communication skills: you will conduct research in collaboration with experts from a variety of fields. ・Capability to identify and solve DMPK-related issues by mechanisic point of view. ・Be able to propose new ideas for drug discovery and/or establish/improve a drug discovery platform with the lateste technology imformation. 求める行動特性： ・革新的な創薬を創出することに情熱を持ち、周囲のメンバーを積極的に巻き込むリーダーシップを発揮すること ・積極的にアイディアを出し、周囲と協力しながら、困難な課題を乗り越え、プロジェクトを成功に導く意思があること Desired competencies: ・Has a passion to create innovative drug and demonstrate a leadership to actively involve members ・Has strong committment to lead a project with success even if facing difficult challenges and proactively propose ideas/solutions and collaborate with members. 求める資格： ・医学・薬学・理学・工学系修士卒以上 で、博士号を取得していれば尚可 ・一定以上の英語力（目安：TOEIC 730点以上） Desired Qualifications: ・Those who have a Master's degree in medicine, pharmacy, science, or engineering and preferably have a Ph.D. ・Proficient English skills required (TOEIC score: 730 or above) 職種の魅力： 多様な新規バイオロジクス分子に対して、様々な専門機能と協働して革新的医薬品を創り上げること。 DMPKを軸とした薬効と安全性の定量的議論の推進を担えること。 Position Features： To create innovative biologics drugs from novel modalities by working with various experts.
