This time, we are looking for a modeling and simulation engineer to strengthen our staff structures. Description of Work: ・Solving problems in process development and production through CAE and process simulation. ・Research, development, evaluation, and introduction of advanced technologies related to modeling and simulation. ・Development and education of human resources related to specialized field, and promotion of dissemination and collaboration.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・研究開発・生産技術でCAEソフトウェアやプロセスシミュレータを用いた実務経験 ・各種基礎方程式を用いた現象のモデル化 ・化学工学、機械工学の知識・技術を用いた課題解決 望ましい経験： ・熱流体解析ソフト（Fluent、Starccm+等）を使用した研究開発・生産技術 ・プロセスシミュレータ（Aspen、gPROMS、Dynochem等）を使用した研究開発・生産技術 ・粉体解析（DEM）や粉体シミュレーションを使用した研究開発・生産技術 ・MATLAB、Python等によるモデル開発 ・複数ソフトウェアの連成、大規模解析、クラウド環境での解析 ・機械学習・統計モデルの開発 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・モデリング・シミュレーションスキル ・R、Python、MATLAB等のプログラミングスキル ・化学工学あるいは機械工学の幅広い知識 ・数値解析、数理最適化の知識 求める行動特性： ・新薬の処方・製法開発・生産分野におけるエンジニアとして業務における課題解決、および技術開発をリードする ・国内外での技術プレゼンスを向上させるとともに、専門領域において業界をリードする 求める資格： TOEIC730以上、または同等の英語力 職種の魅力： ・原薬・製剤、化学・バイオ問わず幅広い分野の課題に対して、課題解決力を発揮いただけます。 ・中外/Rocheグループ内の関連分野のサイエンティスト・エンジニアと交流できます Desired Experience: ・Experience in using CAE software and process simulation software in the fields of R&D and production. ・Experience in Modeling of phenomena using various fundamental governing equations. ・Experience in problem solving through knowledge and skills in chemical engineering and mechanical engineering. Preferred Qualifications： ・Experience in R&D and production engineering using CFD software such as fluent and STAR-CCM+. ・Experience in R&D and production engineering using process simulation software such as AspenOne, gPROMS and Dynochem ・Experience in R&D and production engineering using DEM software or particle simulation software. ・Experience in modeling using software such as MATLAB and python. ・Experience in coupled analysis, large-scale analysis, and analysis using cloud computing environment. ・Experience in developing machine learning and statistical models. Desired Skills: ・modeling and simulation skills ・Programming skills in such as R, Python, MATLAB. ・Extensive knowledge of chemical engineering or mechanical engineering. ・Knowledge of numerical analysis and mathematical optimization Desired Competencies: ・As a modeling and simulation engineer in new drug formulation, manufacturing process development, and production, you will solve operational problems and lead technology development. ・To lead the industry in the area of expertise and improve the technology presence in Japan and overseas.
