職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 新成長戦略「TOP I 2030」の実現に向けたケミカル医薬品原薬プロセス機能の強化 仕事内容： ・新規ケミカル医薬品原薬製造プロセス開発、スケールアップ研究、生産サイトへの技術移管における化学工学検討 ・化学工学計算、プロセスシミュレーション・モデリングによるプロセス開発およびプロセス最適化 ・新規生産技術や製造設備に関する開発、設計 Background to recruitment: Strengthening research capability on process research and development for chemical pharmaceuticals to realize new growth strategy ""TOP I 2030"". Job duties : -Chemical engineering study in process development, scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing site of novel chemical pharmaceuticals -Process development and optimization using chemical engineering calculation, process simulation and modelling -Development and desing of novel production technology and manufacturing facilities.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・修士課程もしくは博士課程を修了して、企業（製薬、化学、食品等）で3年以上の化学工学計算、プロセスシミュレーション・モデリングを活用したプロセス設計業務に従事。 もしくは、ケミカル医薬品原薬プロセス開発業務を3年以上経験して、新規生産技術や製造設備に関する開発、設計業務に従事。 以下の経験があるとなお良い ・ケミカル原薬連続生産技術開発、ケミカル原薬製造設備の開発・設計 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・高い化学工学、もしくは、プロセス化学の知識と実践能力 ・技術レポート作成、コミュニケーションレベルの英語力 以下のスキルがあるとなお良い。 ・Aspen plus、gPROMS等の化学工学シミュレーション、データサイエンス 求める行動特性（期待役割）： ・最先端の科学技術を駆使した新たな価値創出に向けて情熱と当事者意識をもって取り組み、トップイノベーターとして世界の製薬技術をけん引し、競合優位な製薬技術を確立することができる。 ・社内外の多様なステークホルダーと協業し、チームとして価値を最大化する。 ・明確な正解のない複雑な問題に対して、多角的な視点から本質的な課題を捉え、多様な評価軸を駆使してベストと考える解決策を丁寧に、且つ迅速に導く。 職種の魅力: 革新的な低中分子医薬品を患者さんにお届けするために、モノづくり技術の革新が必要不可欠です。 本職種では、 ・最先端の科学をベースにした革新的な製薬技術の開発とその技術を製品に反映することに注力しており、人々の健康や社会の発展に大きく貢献することができます。 ・Rocheグループの一員、グローバルトップイノベーターの一員として、国内外のステークホルダーとのコラボレーションなど、世界に向けた活躍の機会があります。 ・新薬候補物質の初期開発から上市に至るまでの医薬品開発ライフサイクル全般に関わることができ、当職種内でのキャリア形成と共に、適性に応じて、CMC開発全体のプロジェクト推進業務やサプライチェーンマネジメント業務、生産技術研究業務など、当社グループ内の多様なキャリアの機会があり、実際に多くのメンバーが幅広く活躍しています。" Desired experience : - Completed Master's degree or Ph.D, over 3 years of practical experience of process design using chemical engineering calculation, process simulation and modelling in industy (such as pharmaceutical, chemical and food, etc.) - Or, over 3 years experience in process research and development of chemical pharmaceuticals and engage in desing of novel production technology and manufacturing facilities. Even better if you have the following experience : Development of continuous manufacturing for chemical pharmaceuticals, desing of manufacturing facilities for chemical pharmaceuticals. Desired skills/knowledge/abilities : -In-depth knowledge of chemical engineering or process chemistry, extensive practical ability -English skill to write technical report and communication Even better if you have the following experience : -Chemical engineering simulation such as Aspen plus, gPROMS etc., data science Desired competencies : -Take ownership and have passion in creating value from the best use of state-of-the-art science and technologies, and lead the industry as one of the top leading innovators." -Maximize value as a team through collaboration with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside the company. -Identify the essential issues of complex problems which do not have clear answer, and promptly provide the well-considered best possible solution by making full use of various perspectives and evaluation axes.
