職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： バイオロジクス創薬機能の強化 Background to recruitment: Strengthening antibody and new modality drug discovery function 仕事内容： 細胞/タンパク質工学や腫瘍免疫学の専門性を通じた創薬/技術プロジェクトの推進、ならびに分子イメージング等による解析及び遺伝子改変免疫細胞作製 Description of work: Promote drug discovery research and/or technology research projects through expertise on cell and/or protein engineering as well as cancer immunotherapy, analysis by molecular imaging, and construction of gene modified immune cells.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・T細胞療法創薬研究、改変タンパク質並びに遺伝子改変T細胞作製（ウイルス並びにエレクトロポレーション）、PBMCを含むプライマリー細胞培養、細胞アッセイ/スクリーニングの経験を3年以上程度 ・腫瘍免疫学（抗体、T細胞療法）に関連した評価系の構築や医薬品開発の経験があることが望ましい ・分子イメージングに関連した評価系の構築の経験があることが望ましい ・細胞療法やタンパク質工学に関する特許出願の経験があることが望ましい Desired experience: ・Approximately over 3-year-experience of expression of T cell therapy drug discovery, construction of modified protein and gene modified T cells (by virus and/or electroporation), primary cell (PBMC etc.) cluture, cell assay/screening development, and molecular imaging. ・Experience on assay system establishment or drug development of antibody thrapy and T cell therapy in cancer immuntherapy field will be considered plus. ・Experience on assay system establishment of molecular imaging. ・Experience on patent fillings about cell therapy and/or protein engineering will be considered plus. 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・ウイルスもしくはエレクトロポレーションによる改変T細胞作製、プライマリー細胞培養、アッセイ/スクリーニング系構築（ELISA、フローサイトメトリー等）、細胞及び分子イメージング（ハイコンテント、共焦点等）、改変分子デザイン、プラスミド構築と調製に必要な遺伝子操作全般 ・プロジェクトを成功に導く正しいゴールを設定し、達成に必要な方針を立案・実行できること ・最新の技術情報を収集し、創薬アイディアの提案や創薬基盤技術を構築・改良できること Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Construction of gene modified T cells (by virus and/or electroporation), primary cell (PBMC etc.) culture , establishment of assay/screening (ELISA, flow cytometry, etc), cell and/or molecular imaging (high content, confocal, etc.), construction of modified protein, overall DNA work for plasmid construction and preparation ・Be able to set the right goals that leads to a successful project, and develop and implement plans to achieve them. ・Be able to propose new ideas for drug discovery and/or establish/improve a drug discovery platform with the lateste technology imformation. 求める行動特性： ・革新的な創薬を創出することに情熱を持ち、周囲のメンバーを積極的に巻き込むリーダーシップを発揮すること ・積極的にアイディアを出し、周囲と協力しながら、困難な課題を乗り越え、プロジェクトを成功に導く意思があること Desired competencies: ・Has a passion to create innovative drug and demonstrate a leadership to actively involve members ・Has strong committment to lead a project with success even if facing difficult challenges and proactively propose ideas/solutions and collaborate with members. 必須資格(TOEICを含む） ・アカデミア研究者の場合は筆頭の学術論文（自身が中心に原稿を執筆したものに限る） ・一定以上の英語力（目安：TOEIC 730点以上） Desired Qualification： ・Original article(s) pubished in scientific journal that you (the applicant) are the first-author AND actually played a central role in writing the manuscript. ・Proficient English skills required (TOEIC score: 730 or above) 職種の魅力： 細胞/タンパク質工学並びに腫瘍免疫学の専門性を中外製薬で行う革新的な創薬活動に、さらには世の中の人々の健康への貢献に活用することができる Position Features： By using expertise on cell and/or protein engineering as well as cancer immunotherpy, candidate can contribute to Chugai's innovative drug discovery research, which leads to global health  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします To be decided in accordance with our criteria 入社後に裁量労働制の本人同意を確認後、裁量労働制を適用（試用期間中はフレックスタイム制） 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
