職務内容／Job duties ★(参考)当ポジションの社員インタビューもぜひご覧ください。 「チャレンジングでおもしろい「製薬の分析研究」。大学助教からのキャリアチェンジで見えた景色」 https://www.talent-book.jp/chugai-pharm/stories/52686 仕事内容： バイオ医薬品の分析・物性研究 「革新的なバイオ医薬品（抗体等）の評価に使用する新規分析法の開発，および製法評価やデバイス評価等を行い最新科学に立脚した管理戦略立案を主導する」 ・各種分析法を駆使した分子の特性，構造及び機能の理解 ・次世代製造プロセスの評価に適した迅速測定法（Process Analytical Technology）の開発 ・取得したデータに基づきグローバル申請を行う Description of Work: Development of analytical methods used for innovative biological drugs (antibodies, etc.) evaluation, and establishment of quality control strategy based on the latest science through the evaluation of manufacturing process and devices. ・Understanding the properties, structure, and functionality of molecules using various analytical methods ・Development of ""Process Analytical Technology"" suitable for process evaluation of next generation factory ・Preparation and data acquisition for IND/NDA complied with the latest global regulatory requirements   応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験： ・プロセス開発における分析機能のリーダー ・バイオ医薬品プロセス開発、デバイス開発，分析法開発の戦略立案とリード ・抗体（ADC含む）/細胞/遺伝子治療の研究開発 ・海外への技術移転並びに海外C(D)MOマネージメント ・当局への申請（申請書執筆・当局照会対応） Desired Experience: ・Leader and expert of analytical function of porocess development ・Strategy planning and leader for process development/device development/analytical method development of biological drugs ・Development and research for antibody medicines including antibody drug conjugate/cell therapy/gene therapy ・Analytical method transfer and C(D)MO management to global sites ・IND/NDA application 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・英語での業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な方 ・上記の経験を有し、リーダーシップを発揮して実行力のある方 Desired Skills: ・A person who has a English business communication skill ・A person who has the above experience and is capable of showing leadership and executing 求める資格： ・薬学、理学、工学、理工、農学、医学系修士卒以上 ・TOEIC730点以上若しくは相当する英語力 Desired Qualification： ・Master's degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sciences, Engineering, Science and Engineering, Agriculture, or Medicine ・TOEIC >730 or equivalent skill 職種の魅力： 新薬開発の最前線の現場であり、幅広い機能との連携を通じて新薬の承認・上市へ貢献する仕事です。 また，革新的な医薬品のための新規技術導入や新規分析法開発を通じて最先端のスキル習得が可能で、グローバルでの活躍機会の多い職種です。 Position Features： There are a lot of opportunities to experience the approval and launch of new drugs through collaboration among several functions at frontline.
