(e.g. a project leader in CMC development, a project leader in supply chain management, or a researcher in manufacturing, science and technology) Available Positions: ・Cell Line Development Research ・Cell Culture Process Research ・Purification Process Research  応募資格／Qualifications ＜共通＞ 求める資格・語学力 ・大学院での修士卒以上またはそれと同等の学位 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語/英語のリーディング、ライティング、コミュニケーション能力 目安：マニュアル読解及び実験計画書・報告書作成が可能なレベルの英語力を持つ。社外発表が可能、もしくは会議でのコミュニケーションが取れるレベルであれば、なお望ましい。 求める行動特性 ・最先端の科学技術を駆使した新たな価値創出に向けて情熱と当事者意識をもって取り組み、トップイノベーターとして世界の製薬技術をけん引し、競合優位な製薬技術を確立することができる。 ・社内外の多様なステークホルダーと協業し、チームとして価値を最大化することができる。 ・明確な正解のない複雑な問題に対して、多様な視点から本質的な課題を捉え、多様な評価軸を駆使してベストと考える解決策を丁寧に、且つ迅速に導くことができる。 ＜産生株構築研究＞ 求める実務経験 ・企業もしくはアカデミアでの組換えタンパク質等の物質生産研究（実務経験3年以上） ・データサイエンスの経験があれば、なお望ましい 求めるスキル・知識・能力: ・動物細胞もしくは微生物等を利用した物質生産に関する知識（分子生物学、遺伝子工学、細胞生物学、細胞工学、RNAデータ解析など) ＜培養プロセス研究＞ 求める経験: ・企業もしくはアカデミアでの組換えタンパク質等の物質生産研究（実務経験3年以上） ・スケールアップ研究や製造サイトへの技術移転の経験があれば、なお望ましい ・データサイエンスやモデリング及びシミュレーションの経験があれば、なお望ましい 求めるスキル・知識・能力: ・動物細胞もしくは微生物等を利用した物質生産に関する知識（分子生物学、細胞生物学、細胞代謝、生物化学工学など） ・メタボローム解析、各種PAT（プロセス分析技術）、フィードバック制御システム、Digital Twinなどのシミュレーションに関する知識があれば、なお望ましい ＜精製プロセス研究＞ 求める実務経験 ・企業もしくはアカデミアでの組換えタンパク質等の物質生産・精製法開発に関する研究、または樹脂やフィルター等の精製材料の開発に関する研究（実務経験3年以上） ・スケールアップ研究や製造サイトへの技術移転の経験があれば、なお望ましい ・データサイエンスやモデリング及びシミュレーションの経験があれば、なお望ましい 求めるスキル・知識・能力: ・タンパク質精製に関する知識（タンパク質科学、構造生物学、化学工学、材料工学、バイオプロセス工学など） ・クロマトグラフィーのMechanistic Modelingなど流体シミュレーションに関する知識があれば、なお望ましい ＜Common＞ Qualifications and language skills required ・Master’s degree+ or equivalent ・Ability to read, write and communicate in business-level Japanese and English Desired competencies: ・Take ownership and have passion in creating value from the best use of state-of-the-art science and technologies, and lead the industry as one of the top leading innovators. ・Maximize value as a team through collaboration with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside the company. ・Identify the essential issues of complex problems which do not have clear answer, and promptly provide the well-considered best possible solution by making full use of various perspectives and evaluation axes. ＜Cell Line Development Research＞ Desired experience： ・Bioproduction research of recombinant proteins in the related industries or academia (3 years+ experience) ・Having experience of data science is more desirable. Desired skills/knowledge/abilities： ・Knowledge in bioproduction using animal cells or microbials (e.g. molecular biology, genetic engineering, cell biology, cell engineering, or RNA-seq data analysis) ＜Cell culture Process Research＞ Desired experience： ・Bioproduction research of recombinant proteins in the related industries or academia (3 years+ experience) ・Having experience of process scale up research or technical transfer to manufacturing sites is more desirable. ・Having experience of data science or modeling and simulation is more desirable. Desired skills/knowledge/abilities： ・Knowledge in bioproduction using animal cells or microbials (e.g. molecular biology, cell biology, cell metabolism, or biochemical engineering) ・Having knowledge in metabolome analysis, process analytical technology (PAT), feedback control system, or digital twin simulation is more desirable. ＜Purification Process Research＞ Desired experience： ・Bioproduction research or purification process research of recombinant proteins in the related industries or academia or experience of developing purification materials such as resins or filters (3 years+ experience) ・Having experience of process scale up research or technical transfer to manufacturing sites is more desirable. ・Having experience of data science or modeling and simulation is more desirable.
