高次細胞モデル構築技術を有する研究員 / Research Scientist - Human Tissue/Disease in vitro Model Development

職務内容／Job duties 募集の背景： 非臨床研究での臨床予測性向上を目指し、ヒト組織機能や疾患メカニズムを模したin vitro評価系構築の必要性が高まっている。高次細胞モデル開発力強化により創薬プロジェクト創出及び推進に貢献する技術基盤を整備するため。 仕事内容： 創薬研究および臨床開発のプロジェクトにおいて、以下の研究を推進する。 ・iPSC、オルガノイドなどの高次細胞培養、分化技術の開発 ・ヒト組織・疾患を模したアッセイ系（in vitro 組織・疾患モデル）の開発 ・In vitro 組織・疾患モデルを起点とする創薬アイデアの創出とプロジェクトの企画立案 Background to recruitment: To develop a technological platform for the creation and promotion of in-house drug discovery projects by strengthening the development capability of in vitro tissues and diseases modeling. Description of work: Promote activities in drug discovery reearch and clinical development projects as follows. ・Cultivation of primary cells, iPSCs, organoids, and etc. ・Development of assays that mimic human tissues and diseases (i.e. in vitro tissue and disease models). ・Idea creation and project planning for drug discovery based on data from in vitro tissue and disease models.  応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験 ・iPSCなどの幹細胞もしくはオルガノイドを用いた研究 ・薬剤評価や遺伝子機能解析のためのアッセイ系構築と解析 ・臨床応用や創薬を目指した研究経験があればさらに望ましい Desired experience: ・Expertise in stem cells research including iPSCs and organoids ・Experience in assay development for drug evaluation and gene function analysis ・Experience in research aiming for clinical application or drug discovery is even more desirable 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・医学／薬学／工学／生物系のいずれかで修士卒以上で博士号を取得、または相当の実務経験 ・幹細胞やオルガノイドのハンドリングおよび分化制御技術 ・組織、疾患や薬剤作用機序理解のための生物学的知識 Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Ph.D. or corresponding expertise with a master's degree in a field of Medicine, Pharmacology, Engineering or Biology ・Skills for stem cells and organoids culturing as well as inducing diffrentiation of stem cells and organoid formation ・Biological knowledge for understanding tissue function, disease and drug's MoA. 求める行動特性： ・外部環境の変化に関心を持ち広く必要な情報を集め、取り組むべき本質的な課題を解析・抽出し、その解決策を導き出す ・グループメンバーやプロジェクト関係者に対して科学的事実と自分の考えを明確に伝え、周囲の協力を引き出し課題を解決する ・高い目標を自ら設定し、当事者意識を持って粘り強く目標達成に向けて業務を推進する Desired competencies: ・Being interested in changes in the external environment, gather a wide range of necessary information, analyze and extract the essential issues that need to be addressed, and derive solutions to those issues. ・Clearly communicate scientific facts and ideas to group members and/or project stakeholders to elicit cooperation and solve problems ・Set high goals, and promote projects with a sense of ownership and perseverance  待遇／Salary & Benefits 当社規定により優遇いたします To be decided in accordance with our criteria 入社後に裁量労働制の本人同意を確認後、裁量労働制を適用（試用期間中はフレックスタイム制） 労働条件の通知は電子ファイルによって行います。 ご応募される場合は、その点につきご了承ください。 The notification of working conditions will be made in an electronic file.
