Roche owns 59.9% of Chugai's outstanding shares (61.6% of voting rights) as of end of September 2011.

Chugai’s sales for the period of January 1 to September 30, 2011 are included in the announced Roche Group’s sales. These results are based on Roche’s accounting policies which conform to International Financial Reporting Standards, which differ from generally accepted accounting standards in Japan.
Chugai’s third quarter results for fiscal 2011 (January - September 2011) are scheduled to be announced on October 21, 2011.
